Hoorban is an intelligent global trade and supply partner. This page explains what information may be received when you use the public website, the contact form, a sourcing request, or an account, and why it is used. It is not a certification, a statute, or a substitute for legal advice.

Who is responsible

Information sent through Hoorban’s public website is held and reviewed by Hoorban. If a representative or contractor needs to see part of a file to respond, they receive only what that file requires.

What may be collected

Depending on what you do, this may include:

• Name, company, email, phone, and country entered on a contact or sourcing form
• Product description, approximate quantity, target market, and other commercial details you choose to send
• Files you deliberately upload
• Sign-in identity and activity history if you create a customer or partner account
• Ordinary technical data such as device type and the referring page

The public forms do not ask for national ID numbers, payment-card details, or identity documents.

How the information is used

The main purpose is to answer your commercial request: to assess a supply path, follow up, and keep a record of that file. The information is not used to build a public marketing list. If another use is ever required, it will be stated on the form or on this page.

Cookies and measurement
